Job Summary

Compass Group, North America is seeking a Director of Nutrition Services for a children’s hospital in New York City, New York. This senior role leads all nutrition and food service operations, ensuring safe, therapeutic meals for young patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement nutrition programs aligned with pediatric clinical guidelines.
• Oversee daily food service operations, menu planning, and dietary compliance.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team of dietitians, chefs, and service staff.
• Control budgets, monitor costs, and ensure financial performance.

Qualifications
