About This Position
Pearson is seeking an Advanced Specialist, Service Provider (Special Education) to support its virtual schools in Atlanta, Fulton County, US. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality special education services and ensuring compliance across Pearson Online Academy and Connections Academy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and direct services to students with special needs in a virtual K‑12 environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor progress.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations, including IDEA and Section 504.

Required Qualifications
