BI and Dashboard Analyst

The BI and Dashboard Analyst role at Eliassen Group is a remote contract position supporting a high‑volume, seasonal hiring program. The successful candidate will redesign and modernise recruiting analytics dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Redesign legacy recruiting dashboards into a scalable, modern suite using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Consolidate disparate data sources, ensuring data integrity and consistent reporting across the hiring program.
• Develop interactive visualisations that enable stakeholders to track hiring metrics, pipeline health, and seasonal trends.
• Collaborate with recruitment, HR, and IT teams to define KPI requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Maintain documentation, provide training, and support end‑users on dashboard functionality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data visualisation, or dashboard development.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar BI platforms.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL).
• Understanding of recruitment analytics, talent acquisition metrics, and HR data structures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
