Job Summary
Nelnet is seeking a Curriculum Parent Engagement Specialist to join its FACTS division in Archer, Laramie County, US. This role will drive collaborative curriculum initiatives and strengthen partnerships with parents across K‑12 schools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement parent‑focused curriculum programs that align with state standards and school objectives.
- Facilitate workshops, webinars, and community events to educate families on curriculum content and learning pathways.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and product teams to gather feedback and continuously improve educational resources.
- Analyze engagement metrics and produce reports that demonstrate impact on student achievement and parent satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parent inquiries, providing timely, data‑driven solutions.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of K‑12 education trends, technology tools, and best practices in family engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Design, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in K‑12 curriculum development, parent outreach, or educational program management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with learning management systems, data analytics tools, and virtual collaboration platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to build trustful relationships with families, educators, and stakeholders.
Compensation & Benefits
