Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview high‑volume contractor candidates across multiple business units.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including offer negotiation, acceptance, and documentation.
• Coordinate background checks, compliance paperwork, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular status reports to hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in high‑volume recruiting, preferably in logistics or transportation.
