Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end execution of capital projects, ensuring they meet schedule, budget and quality targets.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering, construction, procurement and finance teams as well as external utilities, contractors and consultants.
  • Administer contracts, track change orders and manage project documentation.
  • Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress using industry‑standard tools.
  • Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and report status to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing transmission or substation projects.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and travel to project sites as needed.
