About the Role

As a Remote Paralegal, you’ll play a vital role in supporting attorneys across various practice areas including litigation, corporate law, and compliance. You’ll collaborate with legal teams to manage case files, conduct research, draft legal documents, and coordinate with clients and external partners—all from the comfort of your home office.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other databases
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence with precision and timeliness
• Manage electronic case files and maintain organized documentation systems
• Coordinate with clients to gather information and schedule meetings
• Assist in trial preparation including exhibit organization and witness coordination
• Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and filing requirements
• Support attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, and client consultations

Requirements

We seek candidates who combine strong legal acumen with excellent remote work capabilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, clear communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a distributed team environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to work independently
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home workspace
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Teams)

Preferred Qualifications
