About the Role

As our Remote Director of Clinical Services, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of clinical programs delivered via telehealth and distributed care teams. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor clinical protocols for remote care delivery
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of nurses, therapists, and care coordinators
• Partner with operations to optimize virtual patient engagement
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all telehealth services
• Use data-driven insights to improve clinical performance

Requirements

We’re looking for a licensed clinical leader with a proven track record in remote or hybrid healthcare settings. You should be comfortable managing distributed teams and fluent in digital health tools.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing, Social Work, or Healthcare Administration
• Active RN or equivalent clinical license in good standing
• 7+ years of clinical leadership experience, including 2+ remote
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and telehealth regulations
• Exceptional communication and coaching skills

Salary Range

Based on national industry standards for remote clinical directors, this position offers a competitive compensation of $120,000 – $155,000 USD/year, commensurate with experience and scope.
