Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of multiple capital projects from conception through close‑out.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, procurement, and construction teams as well as external stakeholders, utilities, and contractors.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet client and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee contract administration, change orders, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present progress reports, cost forecasts, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing transmission or substation projects.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams and complex schedules.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards (IEEE, NESC) and regulatory codes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and contract administration skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).

Compensation

Salary: $123,488.54 annually (fixed).
