Job Summary
Intermountain Health is seeking a Device Tech_MGFR in Boston, Suffolk County, US. This role provides clinical, educational, research, and administrative support for the implantable device program, handling device interrogations and data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onsite and remote interrogations of implantable medical devices.
- Collect, validate, and upload device data to secure, internet‑based databases.
- Support patients in submitting home‑based device data and troubleshoot transmission issues.
- Maintain and update multiple research databases for ongoing studies.
- Assist with clinical documentation, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance activities.
- Provide education and training to staff and patients on device usage and data reporting.
- Collaborate with research teams to analyze device performance and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Health Sciences, or related field.
- Experience with implantable cardiac or neuro‑stimulation devices preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with database management tools.
- Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and interdisciplinary teamwork.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations and clinical research protocols is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
