Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination and execution of departmental operations for MR clinical excellence.
• Collaborate with engineering, research and academic partners to design MR products that safely interact with the human body.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve technical procedures, best‑practice guidelines and standard operating protocols.
• Review and evaluate project outcomes against established policies, ensuring compliance and high‑quality results.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PhD, MD, or equivalent) in Biomedical Engineering, Radiology, Physics or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in MR technology development, clinical research or academic leadership.

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets and cross‑functional teams.
