Job Summary

Humana is seeking a Sales Support Professional to join its team in Chisolm, Montgomery County, US. This role provides critical sales support to Large Group Sales Representatives across Specialty Sales Regions, focusing on technology, reporting, pipeline management, and market sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Large Group Sales Representatives with daily sales activities, including quote preparation, order entry, and contract administration.
• Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting.
• Generate and distribute regular sales performance reports and dashboards for regional leadership.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., underwriting, finance, operations) to resolve issues and expedite client requests.
• Support technology initiatives such as adoption of new sales tools, data migration, and process automation.
• Prepare presentations and market analysis materials for sales meetings and client engagements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data privacy standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in sales support, underwriting assistance, or related administrative roles within the insurance or healthcare industry.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of health insurance products and large‑group market dynamics is a plus.

Compensation

Salary: $51,200.37 per year (fixed). Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off.
