Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a global commercial excellence strategy that drives revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial operations, sales enablement, or business transformation, preferably within life sciences, diagnostics or biotechnology.

• Deep understanding of Danaher’s Continuous Improvement System or similar lean methodologies.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) is strongly preferred.
