Scrum Lead – Chassis Analytics
About This Position
General Motors is hiring a Scrum Lead for its Chassis Analytics team in Cammack Village, Pulaski County, US. Lead a 6‑12 engineer scrum team developing AI‑driven software for braking, steering, suspension and vehicle dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives for the Chassis Analytics software team.
- Guide the team in designing, developing and deploying machine‑learning models and analytics tools for chassis performance.
- Collaborate with domain experts, product owners and senior engineers to translate vehicle‑dynamics requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure delivery of high‑quality code, maintainable architecture and compliance with GM’s safety and security standards.
- Track progress, remove impediments and report status to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a Scrum Master or Lead role.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis, machine learning, and AI concepts applied to automotive chassis systems.
- Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
Preferred Experience
- Background in automotive engineering or vehicle dynamics.
- Hands‑on experience with Python, C++, MATLAB, or similar analytics languages.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for large‑scale data processing.
Compensation & Benefits
