About This Position
Stride, Inc. is hiring a Healthcare Business Development Manager in Austin, Travis County, US. This role leads growth of MedCerts’ online allied‑health and IT certification programs, targeting veterans, career changers and underserved communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate partnership opportunities with hospitals, clinics, military bases, and workforce development agencies.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase enrollment in high‑demand healthcare certification courses.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with marketing, curriculum, and product teams to tailor e‑learning solutions to client needs.
- Track performance metrics, produce pipeline reports, and forecast revenue against targets.
- Represent Stride at industry conferences, webinars, and community events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in healthcare education, allied health, or related e‑learning markets.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Strong understanding of Allied Healthcare certifications and workforce trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to travel regionally (up to 30%).
