Healthcare Business Development Manager

Stride, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Business Development Manager in Tallahassee, Leon County, FL to drive growth of its MedCerts online training programs for Allied Healthcare and IT certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate relationships with hospitals, clinics, military bases, and workforce development agencies to expand enrollment in MedCerts programs.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies, targeting career changers, veterans, and underserved populations.
• Collaborate with marketing and curriculum teams to tailor e‑learning solutions to partner needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and onboarding.
• Track performance metrics, prepare forecasts, and report results to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in healthcare education, allied health, or e‑learning.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of Allied Healthcare certifications and workforce trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel within the region as needed.

Compensation & Benefits
