• Assist Paid Media Managers and Specialists in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Display, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Monitor campaign performance, generate daily/weekly reports, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Support audience targeting, ad copy testing, and creative asset coordination.
• Help maintain budget allocations and ensure spend aligns with quarterly goals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including creative, analytics, and product—to align messaging with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with major paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok for Business, etc.).
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and present findings clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
