Bank of America is seeking an SVP; Senior Offensive Security Professional to lead advanced penetration testing and threat‑simulation initiatives in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute sophisticated offensive security engagements across the enterprise.
• Lead a team of security analysts in red‑team operations, vulnerability assessments, and exploit development.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and risk teams to remediate critical findings.
• Develop and maintain custom hacking tools, scripts, and frameworks.
• Present technical findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and board members.
• Stay ahead of emerging threats and advise on proactive security controls.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in offensive security, penetration testing, or red‑team operations.
• Proven expertise with network, application, and cloud attack vectors.
• Professional certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, GPEN, or equivalent.
• Strong programming/scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash, C/C++).
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• U.S. citizenship or legal work authorization; must be at least 18 years old.
