Job Summary

Actalent is seeking a Registered Nurse for a boutique primary care and longevity practice in Grand Central, Manhattan, NY. This hybrid role is remote with one office day per week in NYC and offers a salary of $80,245.41.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high‑touch, concierge nursing care to patients in a primary care/ longevity setting.
• Coordinate care plans, schedule follow‑ups, and ensure treatment adherence.
• Conduct patient triage, education, and communication via phone, video, and in‑person visits.
• Document clinical notes accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff to deliver seamless, premium patient experiences.
• Assist with quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction programs.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in primary care, internal medicine, or longevity/anti‑aging practice.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for remote and in‑office patient interaction.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR systems.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of care.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with concierge or boutique clinical models.
• Knowledge of preventive health, wellness, and longevity protocols.
• Certification in Case Management or Care Coordination.

Compensation & Benefits
