Key Responsibilities

• Process returns, manage inventory levels and coordinate with Facility Associates to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Maintain accurate procurement records in the ERP system and generate regular spend reports.
• Collaborate closely with the Purchasing Supervisor and cross‑functional teams to align purchasing strategies with operational needs.

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in MRO or industrial purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing or facility‑management environment.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency with ERP/ purchasing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
