About This Position
Job Summary
Highmark Health is seeking an Epic Systems Analyst – Ambulatory to join its team in Cammack Village, Pulaski County, US. This role will configure, roll out, and support the Epic Ambulatory application while collaborating with end‑users to solve system issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, build, test, implement, and provide ongoing support for Epic Ambulatory software.
- Perform business and systems analysis to gather and document functional requirements.
- Create detailed design specifications and configuration documentation.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshoot defects, and drive resolutions.
- Deliver end‑user training, support, and post‑implementation guidance.
- Collaborate with clinicians, IT staff, and vendors to ensure alignment with clinical workflows.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience configuring and supporting Epic Ambulatory modules.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clinical and technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of healthcare workflows, HL7, and data integration concepts.
Compensation
Annual salary: $88,042.11 (fixed).
