About the Role

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field (Doctorate preferred).
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive clinical management experience, with at least 3 years in a director‑level role.
  • Proven track record in telehealth, ambulatory care, or integrated health systems.
  • Active, unrestricted clinical license (RN, NP, PA, or MD/DO) in good standing.

  • Expertise in clinical quality improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA).
  • Strong financial acumen; experience managing multi‑million‑dollar budgets.
