About the Role

As the Director of Clinical Services, you will provide strategic leadership for all clinical programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, evidence‑based practices, and superior patient outcomes. You will partner with product, technology, and operations teams to design scalable care models, mentor clinical staff, and champion continuous quality improvement initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer, you will also be responsible for budget management, performance analytics, and stakeholder engagement to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute clinical service strategies aligned with company goals and industry best practices.
• Oversee daily clinical operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state licensure requirements, and accreditation standards.
• Lead quality improvement projects, utilizing data analytics to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor, coach, and evaluate clinical supervisors, nurses, therapists, and allied health professionals.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate clinical workflows into telehealth platforms.
• Prepare and present clinical performance reports to executive leadership and board members.
• Manage the clinical services budget, optimizing resource allocation while maintaining high standards of care.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field (Doctorate preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive clinical management experience, with at least 3 years in a director‑level role.
• Proven track record in telehealth, ambulatory care, or integrated health systems.
• Active, unrestricted clinical license (RN, NP, PA, or MD/DO) in good standing.

Skills & Competencies

• Expertise in clinical quality improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA).
• Strong financial acumen; experience managing multi‑million‑dollar budgets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at influencing cross‑functional stakeholders.
