About This Position

Job Summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Device Tech (MGFR) in Edgewood, Richland County, US. This role provides clinical, educational, research, and administrative support for the implantable device program, handling device interrogations and data management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate on‑site and remote interrogation of implantable devices.
  • Collect, verify, and upload device data to secure, internet‑based databases.
  • Support patients submitting home‑based device data and ensure data integrity.
  • Maintain and update multiple research databases for ongoing studies.
  • Assist with clinical documentation, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide education and training to staff and patients on device usage and data submission.
  • Collaborate with research teams to collect and analyze device performance metrics.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and quality assurance.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or relevant certification in biomedical or clinical technology.
  • Experience with implantable cardiac or neurostimulation devices preferred.
  • Strong computer skills; proficiency with electronic health records and database systems.
  • Excellent communication and patient‑focused interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to HIPAA and regulatory standards.

Compensation & Benefits
