Job Summary

Fujifilm is seeking an experienced MRO Buyer I to join its Glendale, Denver team. This full‑time role supports facility operations by procuring maintenance, repair and operating supplies, capital equipment and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and develop relationships with reliable vendors for MRO items and capital goods.
• Request and evaluate quotes, negotiate pricing, terms and service level agreements.
• Create and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the ERP system.
• Monitor order status, expedite shipments, and resolve any delivery issues.
• Manage returns, credits and warranty claims in coordination with suppliers.
• Collaborate closely with Facility Associates to understand material needs and forecast demand.
• Maintain compliance with company purchasing policies, safety standards and budget constraints.
• Prepare regular reports on spend, supplier performance and cost‑saving initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in MRO or industrial environments.
• Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with ERP/ procurement software; Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work East Coast hours as required and handle multiple priorities.

Compensation & Benefits
