About the Role

We are seeking a licensed attorney with 4‑7 years of experience to handle complex litigation, regulatory compliance, and transactional work for a diverse client base spanning technology, healthcare, and finance. This fully remote role offers the flexibility to manage your docket, collaborate virtually with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to strategic decision‑making without geographic constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end litigation matters, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
• Advise clients on regulatory frameworks, risk mitigation, and corporate governance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, licensing deals, and partnership contracts.
• Mentor associate attorneys and paralegals through virtual coaching sessions and knowledge‑sharing forums.
• Participate in business development initiatives, including thought‑leadership webinars and client pitches.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA‑accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; willingness to obtain additional admissions as needed.
• 4‑7 years of post‑graduate legal experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a law‑firm or in‑house setting handling complex matters.
• Proven track record of managing multiple cases simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior leadership and clients via video conference.

Salary Range

$130,000 – $185,000 USD per year, commensurate with experience and jurisdictional bar admissions. Performance‑based bonuses and equity eligibility are available for top contributors.
