About This Position

Job Summary

WSP Canada is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Oversight in Montréal, Québec. Lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure project excellence and drive innovative engineering solutions for clients across Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full project lifecycle from conception to delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality targets are met.
  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for project updates and issue resolution.
  • Implement risk management processes, conduct performance reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, financial forecasts and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with WSP corporate standards, industry regulations and sustainability guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in project oversight within engineering, infrastructure or consulting environments.
  • Proven track record of managing large, complex projects valued at $10M+.
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Professional engineer (P.Eng.) designation preferred.
