Focus Resourcing is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join its boutique consultancy in Central London, supporting financial services clients. This hybrid role offers a strategic, client‑facing environment with a competitive salary of £50,000‑£60,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full‑cycle HR consultancy to financial services clients, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and policy development.
• Deliver strategic HR advice to senior leaders, influencing organisational change and talent strategy.
• Manage client projects, ensuring timely delivery of HR solutions and compliance with UK employment law.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops on HR best practices and diversity & inclusion.
• Maintain accurate HR records and produce regular reports for clients.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably within financial services or a consultancy setting.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple client accounts.

Working Conditions
