Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the strategic roadmap for the Paid Search function across all client accounts.
• Develop future‑proof search strategies that align with broader growth initiatives.
• Establish best‑in‑class standards, processes and KPIs for campaign setup, optimization and reporting.
• Lead testing, learning and continuous‑improvement cycles to maximize ROI.
• Mentor and guide a team of Paid Search specialists, fostering a data‑driven culture.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands‑on Paid Search management (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Shopping, Performance Max, etc.).
• Proven experience designing and scaling search strategies for B2B or B2C brands.
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data platforms (Google Analytics 4, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
• Leadership or people‑management experience is highly desirable.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
