Key Responsibilities

• Provide high‑level technical support for complex audio‑visual and IT systems across client sites.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of AV protocols (HDMI, SDI, Dante, Crestron, AMX, etc.) and networking fundamentals.
• Hands‑on experience with troubleshooting AV hardware, video distribution, and audio processing.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to travel to client sites within the South East London area as needed.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CTS, AVIXA, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.
