Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data‑driven organic search strategies that deliver measurable commercial results.
• Lead a multidisciplinary SEO team, providing mentorship, performance reviews, and career development.
• Own the end‑to‑end SEO lifecycle: technical audits, keyword research, content optimization, link building, and analytics reporting.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, account managers, and creative teams across finance, iGaming, and eCommerce sectors.
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates and industry trends, integrating innovative tactics into client roadmaps.
• Present strategic insights and performance dashboards to senior leadership and clients.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of progressive SEO experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or director‑level role.
• Proven track record of scaling organic traffic and revenue for competitive verticals.
• Deep expertise in technical SEO, on‑page optimisation, content strategy, and link acquisition.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient with Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to lead remote teams and manage multiple client programmes simultaneously.
