Profile 29 is seeking a Director of Organic Search to lead SEO strategy for high‑growth brands. This senior leadership role is fully remote within the United Kingdom, with occasional travel for client meetings and team days.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data‑driven organic search strategies that deliver measurable commercial results.
- Lead a multidisciplinary SEO team, providing mentorship, performance reviews, and career development.
- Own the end‑to‑end SEO lifecycle: technical audits, keyword research, content optimization, link building, and analytics reporting.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, account managers, and creative teams across finance, iGaming, and eCommerce sectors.
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates and industry trends, integrating innovative tactics into client roadmaps.
- Present strategic insights and performance dashboards to senior leadership and clients.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of progressive SEO experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or director‑level role.
- Proven track record of scaling organic traffic and revenue for competitive verticals.
- Deep expertise in technical SEO, on‑page optimisation, content strategy, and link acquisition.
- Strong analytical skills; proficient with Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to lead remote teams and manage multiple client programmes simultaneously.
