Key Responsibilities

• Onboard, train, and mentor Medication Adherence Technicians, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for medication adherence monitoring and patient outreach.
• Track key performance indicators, generate reports, and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical staff, pharmacists, and care managers to resolve medication gaps.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare or medication adherence setting.

• Proficient with electronic health record (EHR) systems and data analytics tools.
