About This Position

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the LMS roadmap aligned with corporate learning and security objectives.
- Oversee configuration, integration, and maintenance of cloud‑based LMS solutions.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and product teams to design engaging, role‑based training content.
- Analyze learner data and system metrics to drive adoption, performance improvement, and ROI.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements.
- Lead a small team of LMS administrators and provide coaching on best practices.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards across all learning assets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise‑scale Learning Management Systems (e.g., Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, Moodle).
- Strong understanding of cloud security, Zero Trust principles, and AI‑enabled learning analytics.
- Proven project‑management skills with ability to deliver complex implementations on time and budget.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Experience with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in a learning context.
Compensation & Benefits
