About This Position
We are seeking a Sr. Contracts Manager, Contracts Systems & Reporting for Amentum in Sacramento, Sacramento County. This senior leadership role oversees contract compliance, system implementation, and reporting to drive regulatory adherence and data‑driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the organization’s contract compliance program and ensure alignment with federal, state, and client regulations.
- Manage end‑to‑end implementation and optimization of contract management systems, including data migration, workflow automation, and user training.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards and analytics to support senior leadership and operational teams.
- Partner with Contracts, Subcontractor Management, Finance, and Legal teams to standardize processes and improve contract lifecycle efficiency.
- Design and deliver compliance training programs for internal staff and external partners.
- Monitor key performance indicators, conduct audits, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risk.
- Provide strategic guidance on contractual obligations, change orders, and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in contracts management, compliance, or procurement, with at least 5 years in a senior or managerial role.
- Proven expertise with contract management software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement) and advanced reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
- Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and other applicable compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Compensation
Salary range: $151,422.72 annually.
