Job Summary

Galactic Minds Inc. is seeking a Cloud Infra Architect to lead Azure cloud migration projects on a long‑term, remote basis (PST time zone) within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Azure IaaS and PaaS solutions for large‑scale migrations.
• Lead Azure networking, security, and data‑storage architecture, including Azure Key Vault and IAM.
• Guide and mentor a technical team of 5+ engineers, ensuring governance and best‑practice compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate on‑premise datacenters with Azure cloud services.
• Oversee SIEM integration, cloud security policies, and cost‑optimization strategies.

Required Qualifications

• 13+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years hands‑on experience with Azure infrastructure, Azure Migrate, and Azure networking.
• Proven expertise in Azure IaaS, PaaS, cloud security, SIEM, and data storage solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Key Vault, Azure IAM, and governance frameworks.
• Experience leading teams of five or more technical professionals.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, PST time zone.
