York Solutions, LLC is seeking a Data Visualization Consultant in the United States to lead the design, deployment, and scaling of internal reporting dashboards. This role focuses on converting manual Excel reports into automated, self‑serve visual solutions while coaching non‑technical staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using modern BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Replace ad‑hoc Excel reporting with repeatable data pipelines and visualizations.
• Collaborate with compliance, finance, and operations teams to gather requirements and translate business questions into data solutions.
• Create lightweight data models and documentation that support rapid iteration.
• Conduct training sessions and create user guides to empower non‑technical stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in data visualization, business intelligence, or analytics consulting.
