Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with finance and Source‑to‑Pay teams to integrate ServiceNow solutions where applicable.
• Perform technical assessments, including IP verification, to ensure compliance with location requirements.
• Write clean, efficient code and maintain documentation for all customizations.
• Provide troubleshooting, support, and ongoing enhancements for existing ServiceNow modules.
• Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs) and workflow design.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with finance or Source‑to‑Pay processes is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Ability to work remotely while meeting the Austin, TX location verification requirement.
