Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) for client finance departments.
• Manage balance‑sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Develop automated reconciliation processes and integrate ARCS with ERP systems.
• Provide functional and technical support, troubleshooting issues and delivering enhancements.
• Collaborate with finance analysts, auditors, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize workflows.
• Create documentation, training materials, and best‑practice guides for end‑users.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM, specifically ARCS.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, balance‑sheet accounts, and financial close processes.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, or other scripting languages for data extraction and automation.
• Experience integrating ARCS with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion, SAP, or NetSuite.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work independently in a remote environment.

Compensation
