About the Role

As a Remote Senior Software Engineer at TechNova Solutions, you will own the end‑to‑end development lifecycle for core platform services. Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain microservices using Go, Python, or Node.js on Kubernetes.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and enforce engineering best practices.
• Optimize system performance, reduce latency, and ensure 99.99% uptime for critical APIs.
• Partner with DevOps to automate CI/CD pipelines, observability, and disaster recovery.
• Translate product requirements into technical specifications and architectural diagrams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development with a focus on backend systems.
• Deep expertise in at least two of the following: Go, Python, Java, or TypeScript.
• Proven experience designing RESTful and gRPC APIs, event‑driven architectures, and data modeling with PostgreSQL or DynamoDB.
