About the Role

In this position you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and statistical analyses to solve business challenges in credit scoring, fraud detection, and customer segmentation. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain predictive models using Python, R, or SAS, leveraging libraries such as pandas, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering on large‑scale structured and unstructured data from relational databases, data lakes, and streaming sources.
• Build automated reporting dashboards and visualizations with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to deliver insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering to productionize models, containerize them with Docker, and monitor performance in real time on AWS or Google Cloud.
• Stay current with emerging data science techniques, share knowledge through internal workshops, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a strong analytical foundation and proven experience in data science:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience building machine learning models in a production environment, preferably within fintech or financial services.

Salary Range
