Job Summary

Shift Code Analytics is urgently hiring a Workday Payroll/Time Tracking Consultant for a 9‑month contract. This 100% remote role serves US‑based clients and requires candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Workday Payroll and Time/Attendance implementations.
• Analyze client requirements, configure Workday modules, and ensure seamless integration with finance systems.
• Optimize payroll and time‑tracking processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide functional expertise and act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Conduct virtual workshops, training sessions, and post‑implementation support.
• Prepare documentation, test scripts, and status reports for the 9‑month contract duration.

Required Qualifications

• Proven hands‑on experience with Workday Payroll and Time/Attendance modules.
• Strong understanding of US payroll regulations and time‑keeping best practices.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to lead video interviews and remote workshops.
• Availability to work in EST or CST time zones.
