Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic mentorship to portfolio founders, helping them refine product‑market fit, scale operations, and navigate fundraising.
• Collaborate with partners to craft investment theses and present recommendations to the investment committee.
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and founder communities (virtually).
• Contribute to firm‑wide initiatives such as ESG considerations, diversity programs, and thought‑leadership content.

Requirements

• Minimum 8‑10 years of experience as a founder, senior operator, or venture capitalist with a proven track record of successful exits or high‑growth investments.
• Deep expertise in at least one high‑growth sector (e.g., enterprise software, fintech, biotech).
• Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling and market sizing.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities; comfortable pitching to partners and founders alike.
