About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, critical path schedules, and resource allocation matrices.
• Manage project budgets ranging from $500 K to $15 M, tracking costs, forecasting variances, and implementing corrective actions.
• Coordinate with electrical engineers, civil teams, and vendors to define technical specifications, review designs, and approve submittals.
• Conduct risk assessments, maintain a risk register, and lead mitigation strategies for schedule delays, supply chain disruptions, and safety incidents.
• Facilitate weekly stakeholder meetings, produce executive dashboards, and deliver clear, data‑driven status reports.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, IEEE, OSHA, and local permitting requirements throughout all project phases.
• Mentor junior project engineers and support professional development through structured coaching.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience managing electrical construction projects, with at least 3 years in a senior PM capacity.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain licensure within 12 months.
• Proven track record delivering projects valued over $2 M on time and within budget.
