About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Secure and negotiate loads that match your equipment, preferred lanes, and rate targets.
• Maintain DOT compliance, IFTA reporting, and electronic logging (ELD) standards.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections; schedule preventive maintenance to keep uptime > 98 %.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch, shippers, and receivers to ensure on‑time delivery.

Requirements

Licensing & Experience

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years).

Technical & Operational
