Job Summary

The Ritz-Carlton Naples is seeking a part‑time Receiving Attendant in Coco River, Collier County, FL. You will be responsible for receiving, unloading and accurately processing all inbound freight.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and verify deliveries against invoices and receiving reports.
• Stage merchandise by department, label and organize for efficient placement.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update the system in real time.
• Communicate any discrepancies or damages to the procurement team promptly.
• Ensure the receiving area remains clean, safe and compliant with OSHA standards.
• Assist with periodic cycle counts and support the purchasing department as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; additional logistics or supply‑chain coursework a plus.
• Prior experience in receiving, warehouse, or inventory control preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and operate pallet jacks or forklifts (certification optional).
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for invoice reconciliation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work part‑time shifts, including occasional evenings or weekends.
