Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Representation

Build a pipeline of buyers and sellers using social media, email campaigns, and our lead generation platform. Conduct virtual consultations, negotiate contracts, and guide clients through remote closings with confidence and clarity.

Market Analysis

Research local housing trends in your licensed states and provide data-driven advice to clients via video calls. Prepare comparative market analyses using online tools to help sellers price competitively and buyers make informed offers.

Transaction Management

Requirements

Licensing & Experience

Must hold an active Real Estate License in at least one U.S. state (or be willing to obtain one within 60 days of hire).
