About the Role

What You’ll Do

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and create personalized itineraries.

• Provide 24/7 support during clients’ trips, resolving any issues that arise.
• Stay updated on global travel trends, safety guidelines, and destination-specific information.
• Collaborate with partners (hotels, airlines, tour operators) to secure the best deals and experiences.

Requirements

Education & Experience

A Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, communications, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in travel planning, customer service, or sales is essential. Candidates with industry certifications (e.g., Certified Travel Associate) will have an edge.
