Channel Account Manager

KnowHireMatch is hiring a Channel Account Manager to drive sales of digital imaging solutions across the Mid‑West, working remotely from Omaha, Douglas County, US.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel strategies with distributors, resellers and OEM partners to meet revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with key decision‑makers, providing technical guidance and product training.
• Identify market opportunities, conduct territory analysis and create sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to launch promotions and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline reports and quarterly business reviews.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in copiers, printers or digital imaging equipment.
• Proven track record of managing indirect sales channels and exceeding quotas.
• Technical aptitude to explain hardware and software solutions to non‑technical partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
