About This Position

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, classify, and document all scrap material generated on the production floor.
- Ensure scrap handling procedures comply with FDA, ISO 13485, and internal quality standards.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply‑chain teams to resolve non‑conformances.
- Maintain accurate records in the quality management system and generate daily/weekly reports.
- Identify trends, propose corrective actions, and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Participate in internal and external audits related to scrap control.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree in quality, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably MedTech.
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality management software.
Compensation & Benefits
