Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, classify, and document all scrap material generated on the production floor.
• Ensure scrap handling procedures comply with FDA, ISO 13485, and internal quality standards.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply‑chain teams to resolve non‑conformances.
• Maintain accurate records in the quality management system and generate daily/weekly reports.
• Identify trends, propose corrective actions, and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Participate in internal and external audits related to scrap control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree in quality, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably MedTech.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits
