Integra Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its call centre in Troy, Oakland County, MI. This front‑line role handles inquiries from healthcare providers, patients and health plans, ensuring professional support for durable medical equipment, orthotics and prosthetics services.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to emails from external partners and patients.
• Provide accurate information about product availability, order status, billing and insurance coverage.
• Document all interactions in the company CRM system following compliance guidelines.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments while maintaining ownership of the resolution process.
• Assist with scheduling deliveries, returns and follow‑up appointments.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and suggest process enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in healthcare administration is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Basic knowledge of durable medical equipment, orthotics or prosthetics preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using CRM or call‑center software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
