Job Summary

NorthPoint Search Group is seeking a Relationship‑Driven Recruiting Partner (Accounting & Finance) to work remotely from Atlanta, Fulton County, US. This role focuses on leveraging your network of CFOs, controllers and hiring managers to place top accounting and finance talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with senior finance professionals and hiring decision‑makers.
• Source, screen and present qualified accounting and finance candidates for client openings.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact through offer negotiation and placement.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the ATS.
• Collaborate with internal recruiting team to share market insights and improve sourcing strategies.
• Achieve monthly placement targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills & Experience

• Established network of CFOs, controllers, finance directors or business owners.
• Proven success in B2B recruiting, preferably within accounting or finance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable working remotely.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits
